Then the apprenticeship as an ICT Specialist EFZ with us is just right for you! During your training, you will learn how IT systems are installed, maintained, and supported – practical and future-oriented.

What to expect

• IT Support with Impact: You support users in 1st and 2nd level support and ensure smooth processes in daily operations.
• Technology in Action: You install, configure, and maintain hardware and software as well as ICT end devices – from laptops to servers.
• Fault Analysis & Automation: You troubleshoot issues, monitor systems, and implement automation scripts to optimize processes.
• IT Infrastructure & Security: You work on networks, servers, and IT security solutions and document your work carefully.
• Strong Foundation: In the first year of training, you will acquire your basic knowledge at the ICT Vocational Training Center AG – a strong foundation for your professional future.

What you bring

• Good performance in secondary school (especially mathematics and natural sciences), level secondary or real
• Interest in computer science, technology, and digital solutions
• Enjoy helping, communicating, and solving technical problems
• Reliability, team spirit, and willingness to learn
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written; knowledge of English or French is an advantage
