Production Planner and Operational Buyer (m/f/d)

Amcor Flexibles Rorschach AG is a company of Amcor Limited, one of the world’s largest suppliers of responsible packaging solutions. With around 300 employees, we refine aluminium foils and other materials into recyclable packaging materials. We are looking for a responsible individual as Production Planner and Operational Buyer (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Planning, scheduling and fine control of production orders taking into account capacities, setup times and campaigns
- Disposition and operational procurement of direct materials including order processing and deadline monitoring
- Monitoring material availability, stocks and production progress as well as escalation in case of bottlenecks
- Maintenance of production orders, master and disposition data in SAP and APO
- Coordination with suppliers as well as internal interfaces in production, planning, purchasing and customer service
- Determination of relevant key figures as well as participation in projects and continuous improvements
Your profile
- Completed commercial or technical training
- Professional experience in production planning, disposition or operational purchasing is an advantage
- Good SAP knowledge or experience with comparable ERP systems
- Good understanding of production processes and material flows
- Structured, independent and reliable working style
- Good German and English skills as well as strong communication and team skills
