Operations provide secure and efficient processing of Pictet’s banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure all activities follow regulations and manage risks.

Join Pictet’s Operations Data Office to build and run data solutions that power our banking operations. You will work at the intersection of IT, data platforms and business teams.
Your role
- Collect, organise and analyse user requirements, and design data flows / pipelines between client data reference systems and data platforms to bridge business needs with data processes.
- Perform and automate data extractions and mass updates in data warehouses (Snowflake) to support reporting, operational campaigns and data quality improvements.
- Propose, prototype and implement optimised solutions using AI tools (incl. LLMs) to replace legacy work processes and continuously improve operational quality and efficiency.
- Actively participate in strategic and cross departmental projects related to client static data (tax & regulatory, compliance, IT modernisation), working with IT and business teams to design and deliver data driven solutions.
- Contribute to data governance by defining and applying data quality rules, controls and documentation, ensuring that regulations, internal procedures and directives are correctly implemented in our data processes.
Your profile
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent.
- First experience working with complex datasets (finance or other industries).
- Strong data literacy (data governance, quality frameworks, regulatory awareness).
- Fluent in spoken and written French and English.
- Strong SQL skills; experience with AI tools (incl. code generation assistants) is an asset.
- Experience working with industry standard BI tools and data platforms such as Tableau and Snowflake; Python or R for data is a plus.
- Residence in Switzerland required
