Assistant Roll Machine Operator with Potential to Become Roll Machine Operator (m/f/d)
Do you want to get stuck in, take responsibility, and develop your professional skills?
With us, you start as an assistant roll machine operator and gradually acquire the knowledge and skills to develop into a roll machine operator.
What you can achieve:
- Taking responsibility: You are responsible for drum handling, assess the roll cut pattern, and contribute to a safe and smooth operation through regular inspection rounds.
- Operating equipment: You operate the roll conveyor belts and the drum storage of the roll cutting machine, ensuring that the required consumables are available on time.
- Ensuring quality: You label the rolls correctly, contributing to smooth processes. This helps to avoid unnecessary time and cost expenditure.
- Developing yourself: You gradually acquire the necessary knowledge and skills for the role of roll machine operator.
- Maintaining order: You take care of the daily cleaning tasks at your workplaces.
What you bring with you:
- Technical basic education: You have completed a technical apprenticeship with EBA or EFZ.
- Practical experience: Ideally, you have experience in handling cranes and forklifts.
- Physical fitness: You are physically resilient and like to get stuck in.
- Willingness to learn: You work carefully and reliably and are motivated to acquire new knowledge.
- Flexibility: You are willing to work in a 4-shift system and appreciate the variety of different workplaces and tasks.
- German language skills: You communicate confidently in German and have at least a B2 language level.
