Manager Purchase / Procurement 40-60% (m/f/d)
For this versatile role, we are looking for a structured, reliable, and independent personality with a strong service orientation. You keep an overview even in a dynamic environment, work precisely, and have a quick grasp. Thanks to your open and team-oriented nature, you actively contribute to positive collaboration and take responsibility for your areas.
A completed commercial apprenticeship and professional experience in purchasing, accounting, or bookkeeping are prerequisites for the job. Technical interest and a good understanding of processes help you quickly recognise connections and act efficiently. You have good PC user skills, ideally with experience in an ERP system. Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as English skills complete your profile.

Your main tasks in this exciting role:
- You create parts orders for our technical departments and ensure supply
- With targeted consumption analyses, you ensure that we always have enough spare parts in stock
- You monitor our delivery times, manage spare parts sales, and ensure everything runs smoothly in the spare parts warehouse (quality assurance)
- As product manager for spare parts, you take care of price maintenance and ensure that our spare parts range is continuously expanded
- You handle the monthly stock closing and act as the interface to accounting
- You manage spare parts sales
- You check whether our suppliers have delivered the correct goods in the right quality
- You assist accounting with general ledger postings and the preparation of stock value lists
Your profile - what you bring:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship
- Experience in purchasing and inventory management
- Technical interest as well as a good understanding of processes and connections, combined with analytical thinking
- Confident PC skills and ideally experience with purchasing processes
- Very good German and good English
