Your area of responsibility
We are looking for an Assistant Relationship Manager (m/f/d) based in Vaduz to support our EAM team for asset managers from Liechtenstein:
Proactive and efficient support of our EAM Liechtenstein team
Independent handling of daily business including autonomous customer interaction (pending management, correspondence, account opening, compliance, etc.)
Efficient order acceptance and processing in the areas of securities, foreign exchange, derivatives and payment transactions
Support in the preparation and follow-up of customer and acquisition appointments including organising business trips, agenda management, presentations, correspondence
Collaboration in the organisation and preparation of customer events (e.g. invitation process) in cooperation with marketing as well as selective participation in representative events together with the client advisors
For this responsible position, we are looking for a committed and motivated individual with the following profile:
Completed banking training or commercial training with several years of experience in intermediary business or private banking
Advanced professional training in banking or business administration
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in international intermediary or private banking business (cross-border rules, MiFID, AML, etc.)
Committed, structured and proactive personality with very high initiative
Strong customer orientation and service readiness with the highest standards of quality and reliability
Empathetic, cheerful personality with polished manners and very good communication skills
Pronounced team spirit
Confident German and good English skills, both spoken and written
