- During production, you have everything under control and keep the process stable and efficient.
- You also pitch in with downstream processes, e.g., palletizing or feeding empty containers.
- Quality is no accident for you: you check, control, and ensure that our standards are met.
- You recognize disruptions early, solve them independently, and at the same time contribute ideas on how we can improve even more.
What you bring with you
- You have training in the food sector or already have experience as a machine operator / system operator.
- You are passionate about technology and enjoy understanding and operating even more complex systems.
- You think ahead, quickly recognize connections, and keep an overview even with multiple process steps.
- You work reliably, carefully, and are a true team player you can count on.
- You are open to changes, contribute your own ideas, and remain flexible with working hours (3-shift operation).
