Mandate Manager: Fiduciary - 100% (f, m, d) in Zurich, Aarau or Zug
We are looking for an established and professionally recognised individual with many years of experience in a leading mandate role, working full-time and with high credibility in the market. The position is aimed at candidates who already have a correspondingly established track record in fiduciary and business consulting.
Your responsibilities- Independent management and advice of a diverse client portfolio – from start-ups to owner-managed SMEs to international group companies
- Personal advice and support for clients in all fiduciary, tax and business management matters
- Preparation of interim and annual financial statements as well as consolidated accounts for nationally and internationally active companies and foundations according to various accounting standards
- Leadership and support in audits and final accounts
- Taking on an important role in the further development of the fiduciary sector and internal processes
- Certified fiduciary expert with several years of successful experience in a demanding fiduciary, tax or consulting firm
- At least 10 years of professional experience in comprehensive advice for SMEs, entrepreneurs, family businesses and private clients
- Proven experience in independently managing and developing a demanding client portfolio
- Broad expertise in accounting, annual financial statements, taxes, business consulting, succession planning
- Entrepreneurially minded personality with high personal responsibility and strong customer orientation
- Confident demeanour on equal footing with owners, management members, board members and external advisors
- High service orientation and enjoyment of direct client contact
- High social competence, reliability and integrity
- German as mother tongue and very good English skills
- Independent, structured and quality-conscious working style
- Team player with strong communication skills and high social competence
