About the job

For over 40 years, we have been supporting our clients in Dübendorf with joy, competence and commitment in the areas of accounting, taxes, auditing and trust.
To strengthen our 15-member team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced, reliable person who independently manages mandates and enjoys sustainable customer relationships.
Depending on the profile, taking on specialist responsibility would also be possible.

Your tasks

In this versatile role, you will take on comprehensive support of small and medium-sized SMEs. This includes:

• Comprehensive mandate management in the areas of accounting, VAT, human resources and taxes
• Ongoing financial accounting including sub-ledgers and reconciliations
• Independent preparation of annual financial statements
• Management of payroll accounting and handling of social insurances
• Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons including review of assessments and appeals
• If interested: participation in limited audits

Your profile

You have a solid professional foundation and bring the necessary experience and professionalism:

• Several years of professional experience in accounting/trust area
• Federal specialist certificate in trust, finance and accounting or an equivalent qualification
• Confident and skilled in payroll processing
• Confident handling of common trust software
• Customer-oriented, responsible and eager to learn personality
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Routine in handling digital tools
