The Pill Pharmacy & Montana Drugstore is currently still in a temporary location, but that will soon change: In the future, you can expect a state-of-the-art pharmacy here. As our new leader, you have the unique opportunity to actively shape this transition, contribute your own ideas, and help shape the operation from the ground up.

Your tasks

Team & operation: You take overall responsibility for the operational business and lead your team with a lot of heart, empathy and professional competence.

Customer proximity: You take time for individual, competent advice and are the familiar face for our customers on site.

Organisation: From daily routines to stock and purchasing to quality management, you keep an overview.

Network: You maintain close contact with doctors, nursing homes and other partners in the region.

What you bring with you

• A completed pharmacy degree with a Swiss federal pharmacist diploma (or equivalent recognition) as well as an independent professional practice licence or the FPH title in community pharmacy.
• Ideally, you already have some professional experience in a Swiss pharmacy and initial experience in leadership or deputy roles.
• You are a real organisational talent, like to get stuck in and bring a respectful, communicative manner.
