Your tasks

• Professional and personnel leadership of the Application Management as a Service team, and responsibility for planning, coordinating resources, tasks, and priorities.
• Control, prioritization, and further development of the application portfolio with a focus on quality, benefit, and efficiency.
• Responsibility for the stable, secure, and service-oriented operation of the managed applications.
• Ensuring professional Application Lifecycle Management across operations, changes, releases, and further developments.
• Close collaboration with internal departments, IT, architecture, projects, as well as external partners and suppliers.
• Promoting a service-oriented collaboration with the areas of nursing, medicine, therapy, and administration.
• Supporting and accompanying your team in the analysis, conception, and implementation of requirements.
• Participation in strategic and operational projects for the digitization and optimization of clinical and administrative processes.

Your profile

• Several years of experience in application management, ideally in the environment of KISIM, clinical applications, or complex business applications.
• Experience in leading employees or in a professional lead role.
• Completed studies in computer science, medical informatics, healthcare, or a comparable field.
• Good understanding of clinical, administrative, and interdisciplinary processes in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of service-oriented operating models, application responsibility, and sustainable solution approaches.
• Ability to combine operational stability with strategic further development.
• High communication and coordination skills as well as confident appearance towards different stakeholders.
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form; French and English are an advantage.
