Specialist Functional Health & Participation 60% (m/f/d)

Your role is central to the quality of our agogical work.

Functional health forms an important basis for individual participation at Altra. With your expertise and your understanding of the connections between functional health, participation, and agogical work, you contribute to anchoring and continuously developing this approach in everyday life. You combine professional, organisational, and digital topics around our client information system. Your varied tasks:

• Introduction, training, and support of users in the application and process handling of our client information system (TEILHABEnet)
• Contact person for the software provider and liaison to internal IT
• Creating and maintaining documentation and instructions as well as further developing the corresponding processes
• Embedding functional health in the areas of living and day structure
• Advising internal specialists on agogical matters, especially in the areas of functional health, process design, and IBB-relevant documentation
• Taking on various overarching departments in the specialist area for employees

What you bring

• A completed education as a social worker, social pedagogue, or a comparable qualification
• Further training in the field of functional health or willingness to complete it
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in the disability sector or psychiatry
• Interest in the connections between functional health, participation, IBB financing, and agogical work
• Very good IT user skills and enthusiasm for advancing the development of Altra’s client information system
• An independent, responsible, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong organisational and administrative skills as well as enjoyment of networked collaboration
• Confidence and persuasiveness in exchanges with various internal and external stakeholders
