Work with a lake view?
Hello wrench wizard!
Do you love construction machinery, the smell of diesel, hydraulic oil and direct contact with customers – perhaps with sunglasses and a view of Lake Maggiore? Then you are in the right place! As a service technician in Ticino, you will be our hero (or heroine) on site: you will travel where others go on holiday – ensuring our customers always have full power, wherever they are.
- You will be our on-site expert: you will take care of maintenance and repairs directly at the customer’s site, on construction sites or in the workshop.
- You will diagnose faults and technical problems, analyse them and immediately propose the right solution – quickly, clearly and efficiently.
- You will prepare oral cost estimates and discuss the scope of work with our AVOR team.
- You will work on engines, axles, transmissions, hydraulic pumps – and make sure everything runs as it should.
- You will be an active part of a close-knit team, even if you work independently in your well-equipped van.
- A completed apprenticeship as a construction machinery, agricultural or heavy vehicle mechanic (AFC) – or similar training.
- Field experience – or a desire to do dynamic work outdoors, away from the workshop.
- Technical knowledge of hydraulics, electronics and diesel engines – and the courage to face even the toughest challenges.
- Autonomy, reliability and a clear mental structure – you manage your day, but you are part of a team.
- Category B driving licence and a desire to live Ticino as your personal workshop.
- An extraordinary job in the sunniest region of Switzerland.
- A state-of-the-art equipped van – your mobile workshop.
- Streamlined processes, clear communication and direct feedback – no unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Support from an experienced team and an internal technical hotline, always by your side.
- Top conditions: 13 monthly salaries, 40 hours per week, at least 25 days of holiday, continuous training and cutting-edge tools.
- Company benefits, staff discounts, coffee always ready and – yes – good humour too!
- Because you love challenges – and so do we! We are fast, competent and determined.
- Because you put heart and passion into your work – and we work with people first and foremost.
- Because you join a team that shares, learns together and supports each other.
- Because with us you can grow – professionally, personally and with plenty of horsepower under the bonnet.
