You bring order to numbers, create transparency and ensure that our financial processes run reliably and efficiently. In this role, you combine expertise with a holistic view and actively support the further development of our finance organisation.

Your mission:

• You take responsibility in financial accounting and ensure that debtor, creditor and general ledger processes run cleanly and efficiently.
• You actively participate in monthly and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER and ensure correct and timely results.
• You ensure the correct handling of VAT (national & international) and are the contact person for technical questions in this area.
• You are responsible for fixed asset accounting and ensure transparency over our assets.
• You support the optimisation of processes as well as the expansion of the internal control system (ICS).
• You analyse key figures and prepare ad hoc evaluations as a basis for management decisions.
• You actively work on projects and contribute your know-how to the further development of our systems and processes.
• You act as a technical contact person in the team and share your knowledge profitably with others.

You are at home in accounting, think structurally and keep an overview even in complex situations. You combine accuracy with a high quality standard and an independent way of working. For this, you bring the following:

• Several years of experience in financial accounting, ideally in a comparable role
• Sound knowledge of SAP FI/CO
• Very good knowledge of VAT (CH & international)
• Experience with monthly and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER
• Confident handling of fixed asset accounting
• Analytical strength as well as a good understanding of financial contexts
• Experience in process optimisation and dealing with internal controls (ICS) is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
• High resilience, teamwork skills as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working
