Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeper for one of our 5* hotel clients to cover a replacement. Responsible for the quality of housekeeping services, you will ensure compliance with the establishment's cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.

Main Duties:

• Supervision, coordination, and management of housekeeping teams.
• Inspection of the cleanliness of rooms, common areas, and laundry.
• Operational management and monitoring of schedules.
• Close collaboration with reception through the use of the Opera software.

Profile Sought:

• Proven experience in a similar role within luxury hotel environments.
• Essential mastery of the Opera software.
• Strong team management skills and supportive leadership.
• Excellent knowledge of laundry techniques and linen care.
• Versatility, rigour, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
• Very good level of English required (regular contact with international clientele).
