Your tasks
- Specialist role in the background: You work in depth on clearly defined topics in ancillary costs, billing and financial process management, without having to take on the broad range of tasks of a property manager
- High expertise, less front-line work: Your focus is on professional quality, process reliability and correct billing – not on comprehensive management of a real estate portfolio
- Structured tasks instead of constant ad hoc assignments: You can concentrate on plannable, analytical activities and work closely with accounting and internal departments
- Strong professional responsibility: You are the internal contact person for complex billing and financial questions and contribute significantly to the quality and transparency of the processes
Your profile
- Professional experience in the real estate industry with a focus on ancillary costs and billing management
- Sound knowledge in the preparation, review and quality assurance of ancillary cost statements
- Confident handling of accounting processes, including account reconciliations, rebookings and support with annual financial statements
- Confident communication in contact with authorities, owners and tenants; experience in case-oriented representation is an advantage
- High organisational and planning skills for timely control of billing processes and early detection of bottlenecks
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking to handle complex issues and ensure correct postings
- Independent, structured and reliable working style with a pronounced quality awareness
- Team spirit and enjoyment of close collaboration with accounting and other internal interfaces
