The emergency medical service of the Lucerne Cantonal Hospital serves around 416,000 inhabitants with its locations in Lucerne, Sursee, Wolhusen, Menziken and the associated satellite bases. It carries out more than 20,000 missions annually and ensures the emergency medical care of the cantons of Lucerne and Nidwalden. The associated medical emergency call centre 144 Central Switzerland coordinates around 31,000 inter-cantonal emergency service missions annually. Your area of responsibility
- You are responsible for carrying out emergency service missions (80%) and transfers (20%) in an innovative emergency service
- You work at the LUKS locations Lucerne, Sursee, Wolhusen or Menziken and are therefore deployed across locations
- To ensure quality standards in a demanding daily operation, you take on important administrative and organisational tasks
Your experience
- You have completed training as a certified paramedic HF, or hold a Swiss-recognised diploma
- You possess a valid driving licence of category C1/121
- Your independent and solution-oriented way of working as well as a trusting collaboration in the team distinguish you
- You have pronounced professional, self and social skills as well as willingness to change and flexibility
