Facility Manager

In this versatile and exciting role, you as Facility Manager support and relieve the operational units with various and exciting mandates in the region.

Your main tasks:

- Ensuring the contractually agreed services for our customers
- Contact person for customers on site
- Operational and professional management of caretakers and building specialists
- Organization/planning of daily business
- Management of small renovation and refurbishment projects
- Monitoring and compliance with KPIs
- Timely invoicing of services rendered
- Handling various administrative tasks

Your profile:

- Technical or commercial basic training
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in technical facility management or a similar function
- Good German skills in spoken and written form, English is an advantage
- Good IT user skills
- Impeccable reputation
- Driver's license
