Job Objective
Ensure the company’s activities comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and applicable ethical standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor adherence to internal procedures and policies.
• Conduct compliance reviews and identify gaps.
• Participate in compliance risk assessments.
• Update internal documentation and procedures.
• Ensure follow-up on corrective action plans.
• Prepare compliance reports and indicators.
• Raise awareness and support teams on Compliance matters.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Perform KYC/AML checks or other applicable regulatory controls.

Desired Profile

• Higher education in law, finance, audit, risk management, or a similar field.
• Experience in compliance, internal control, audit, or risk management.
• Good knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements.
• Analytical mindset, rigour, and organisational skills.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in French and English.
