Support our medical practice staff as a Medical Secretary, Commercial Practice Assistant
(80-100%) in Occupational Medicine.
Your area of responsibility includes the following tasks:
Practice administration with managing the electronic agenda, medical history, billing,
ordering, correspondence, etc.
Contact person for patients
Support for doctors in administrative and organizational matters
Preparation and follow-up of occupational medical examinations
Organization of external assignments in occupational medicine
Billing for occupational medical assignments/examinations
Minutes taking at meetings
Taking over own departments possible
What you bring:
You have completed training as a Medical Secretary, Commercial Practice Assistant, or medical practice assistant
You are service-oriented and a strong team player
You work independently, reliably, and conscientiously
You are motivated to develop further
