YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- You advise and support the management in the production area on all personnel-related topics – from recruitment to employee management to performance evaluation and compensation.
- You take responsibility for conducting discussions in disciplinary cases, health discussions, and advise on labor law issues.
- You ensure professional and efficient personnel administration (excluding payroll administration).
- You collaborate occasionally with other national and international Stadler locations in the HR field.
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- You have completed a commercial or business administration basic training as well as further education in the field of Human Resources (e.g., HR specialist).
- You bring several years of experience in a comparable role as an HR Business Partner – ideally in an industrial environment.
- You work proactively, independently, and in a structured manner and have a pronounced quality and service awareness.
- You are strong in communication, empathetic, and enthusiastic about collaborating with different personalities.
- You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as English skills at B2 level.
