Technical Employee AG (m/f/d) 100%
Your tasks
- You independently monitor, maintain, and service technical systems in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, and electrical, ensuring their flawless operation
- With regular functional checks, you detect faults early, resolve them efficiently, and initiate sustainable measures
- You plan and carry out minor repairs, adjustments, and conversions independently, applying your technical know-how purposefully
- If necessary, you coordinate external specialist companies and suppliers, obtain quotes, and accompany their on-site assignments
- You document all maintenance, inspection, and repair work carefully and comprehensibly
- Safety is paramount to you: you ensure that the applicable safety, health, and environmental regulations are always observed
- Within a regulated model, you take on on-call duties and ensure reliable technical deployment when required
Your profile
- You have completed a manual or technical vocational training, for example as a specialist in operational maintenance, electrical installer, sanitary installer, or in a comparable profession
- Ideally, you already have professional experience in technical caretaking or building technology
- Technical understanding, manual dexterity, and enjoyment in finding suitable solutions for different challenges characterise you
- You work independently, reliably, and in a structured manner and keep an overview even in demanding situations
- With your customer-oriented and professional manner, you are a competent contact person for our customers
- A neat appearance and good manners are a matter of course for you
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as a category B driving licence are required
