The training of apprentices and students in nursing is one of the central strategic goals of Heime Uster in the coming years. To ensure high-quality training, we rely on full-time vocational trainers. They make a decisive contribution to the quality of training and competently accompany our apprentices and students on their path into the nursing profession.
To strengthen our education team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a reliable and motivated person as a qualified nursing professional HF.
Full-time Vocational Trainer for Nursing HF / FaGe / AGS 70 - 100%
Your main tasks
- Planning and coordinating learning phases (introduction, competence, and qualification phases) of apprentices and students
- Ensuring the quality of practical training in the departments
- Supporting apprentices and students in developing their key competencies (professional, methodological, social, and self-competence)
- Oral and written assessment of apprentices and students
- Participating in the selection process
- Documenting the training status according to legal and operational requirements
- Contributing to the development and implementation of educational objectives
- Actively participating in internal departmental meetings as well as vocational trainer meetings
What you bring
- Diploma as a nursing professional HF
- Experience in vocational training
- SVEB 1
- Resilience and flexibility as well as high social skills in dealing with young people
- Interest in further education and training
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
