- Evaluation, introduction, monitoring, and validation of new laboratory testing methods
- Ensuring a high-quality, reliable, and economical service
- Compliance with and development of scientifically based analytics
- Ensuring quality standards
- Collaboration with the laboratory manager, marketing, and management
- Active participation in training and continuing education
What you bring
- Completed studies in human medicine, microbiology, biology, or biochemistry
- Further training as a specialist in laboratory medicine FAMH immunology
- Proven experience in the field of immunology
- Professional experience in the same or a comparable function
- Communicative personality and high social competence
- Team ability and ability to work constructively
- Very good German skills (C2 level), good knowledge of English
