• Professional and personnel management of around 12 employees
• Further development of processes and structures
• Management of a small own portfolio
• Acquisition of new mandates
• Sale of properties
• Various projects such as initial lettings

• Professional certificate as a property manager or at least 8 years of experience
• Proven leadership experience
• Strong communication skills, decisiveness and organisational talent
• Independent, careful and precise working style
• Good knowledge of German, French and English an advantage
