Your tasks

• Written and telephone customer orders and inquiries (national and international) are received, recorded, processed and efficiently handled from inquiry to delivery

• Customer-specific offers are created, actively followed up and accompanied until successful completion

• Complaints and other customer concerns are handled in a service-oriented manner, followed up in a solution-oriented way and properly documented

• CRM master data and relevant tasks are maintained and continuously updated

• The field service is supported in daily business and involved in acquiring new orders

• Deputizing for the billing of Shell Elite Account invoices is taken over

• Lubricant analyses are recorded in the LubeAnalyst system, customer invoices are created via SAP, and laboratory purchase invoices are checked and recorded

Your talents and experience

• Completed commercial basic training or technical basic training with commercial further education

• Experience in inside sales, preferably in an industrial environment

• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good French skills, English skills are an advantage

• Very good SAP knowledge as well as good user knowledge in MS Office

• Reliable working style with high commitment as well as the ability to set priorities confidently, even in hectic situations

• Open, customer-oriented manner and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
