Reference: CLS/RH/2025.704 / Contract type: Permanent contract at 100% / Hours: irregular hours from 6:15 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. (6:15-3:15 p.m. / 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. / 11:30 a.m.-8:30 p.m.) and work some weekends (7:00 a.m.-1:45 p.m. or 1:45 p.m.-8:30 p.m.) / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini")

Why do we need you?

Following a career change, we are looking for a new Reception-Admissions Collaborator. He or she will be responsible for ensuring the best welcome and optimal service to patients, doctors, visitors, and collaborators, whether at the reception, by phone, or during admissions, respecting quality standards and identity vigilance.

What will you be expected to do?

Reception:

• Welcome and guide patients, doctors, visitors, and collaborators who present themselves at the reception or by phone
• Update the doctors' duty roster daily
• Manage the ad hoc reception cash register

Admissions:

• Receive patients to carry out their administrative admission, whether inpatient or outpatient, while respecting quality standards and identity vigilance rules
• Create, check, and process the various documents that make up the patient's administrative file

Who will you work with?

Essentials:

• Commercial employee CFC, hospitality specialist or equivalent
• Successful experience in a medical or hotel environment
• Excellent command of French
• Comfortable with computer tools
• Discretion, sense of welcome, and excellent presentation
• Flexibility: irregular hours from 6:15 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and work some weekends

Your assets:

• Oral command of English, knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
• Communication skills, interpersonal skills, and team spirit
• Great administrative rigor
