Foreman: Road Construction and Civil Engineering

- Operational management of construction sites in road construction and surfacing
- Leadership and coordination of site personnel as well as subcontractors
- Deployment planning of personnel, machinery and materials
- Monitoring of deadlines and execution quality
- Ensuring occupational safety on the construction site
- Preparation of daily reports and measurements
What Counts for Us
- Completed basic training in construction
- Further training as a certified foreman
- Solid professional experience in road construction and team leadership
- Structured and solution-oriented working method
- Good German skills, spoken and written
- Driving licence category B
