Management Trainee (a)

We are looking for a Management Trainee as operational support (a)

Here’s what you’ll be doing

Deputizing for the management during their absence

Support in the entire restaurant and hotel operation, including duty service

Assisting at the reception from reservation acceptance to check-out

Insight into revenue & yield management and participation in setting room prices

Support for the restaurant management at the front, as well as in the administrative area

Co-responsibility for the entire banquet organization

Contact person for guests and employees

Co-responsibility for the daily accounting of the restaurant and hotel operations

What we wish from you

Student at a Swiss hotel management school
Work experience in service and at the reception is an advantage
Dynamic personality, with initiative and a desire to make a difference
Host with heart
Very good oral and written German and English skills, any additional language is an advantage
Very good PC skills
