What you will do with us

  • Independent management of projects for our long-standing regular customers
  • Responsibility and leadership of a profit centre with a focus on costs, profitability and claims management
  • Technical and personnel management as well as deployment planning of your team
  • Support and advice for existing customers as well as active expansion of the customer base
  • Coordination and negotiations with customers, suppliers and other involved companies
  • Preparation of offers and presentations to customers
  • Ensuring timely execution and compliance with our quality standards
  • Deployment planning, advance work planning and material procurement for own projects

What you bring with you

  • Qualified electrical installer with a completed further education as electrical project manager or a comparable qualification
  • Strong understanding of business contexts, flair for numbers and entrepreneurial action
  • Proactive doer who brings in and implements own ideas
  • Leadership skills and enjoyment in promoting and developing employees
  • Strong communication skills and confident manner in dealing with customers and business partners
  • Team spirit, commitment and enthusiasm for the electrical industry
  • Solid MS Office skills, experience with SAP and Canoo Volta is an advantage
  • Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written
