To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and organised personality for internal sales. As a company passionate about high-quality design and innovative furniture concepts, we develop and produce exclusive designer furniture for discerning customers at home and abroad.

Clerk & Internal Sales (70-80%)

Your tasks:

- Processing and coordination of customer orders

- Administrative support of the sales team

- Telephone and written contact with customers

- Preparation and processing of quotations, orders and delivery notes

- Coordination of goods collections with freight forwarders and courier services

- Organisation and monitoring of collection appointments

- Communication with customers, suppliers and transport service providers

- Preparation of freight documents for export

- General administrative tasks in the back office

- Close contact with management and sales manager

Your profile:

- Experience in back office, internal sales or a comparable function

- Experience in the furniture and design industry

- Good German and English skills, spoken and written

- Good MS Office skills

- Organisational talent and reliable working style

- Independent, structured and customer-oriented personality

- Enjoyment in communication with customers and transport service providers
