What to expect

• Service in the dining room, the tavern, and room service
• Assistance with events and banquets
• Preparation and mise en place of service stations
• Independent management of your service station including daily closings
• Shared responsibility for cleanliness and order
• Warm and appreciative contact with residents and guests
• Close cooperation with kitchen, care, and the service team
• Attentive observation and communication of important notes for the well-being of our residents

What you bring

• Experience in the service sector, ideally in health or elderly care
• Good German language skills
• Enjoyment in working with older people
• Friendly manners and empathy
• Resilience, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
• Independent and reliable working style
• And last but not least: a pinch of humour 😊
