- Independent commercial management of the commercial real estate portfolio at the Tryber location
- Real Estate Management for third-party tenants and group tenants
- Commercial management of the commercial real estate portfolio
- Revenue responsibility as well as control and responsibility for expenses on the assigned site
- Annual budgeting of rents and ancillary costs for the following year as well as recording in the Immopac software
- Leasing responsibility and contract negotiations on the assigned sites (rental, lease, and usage contracts)
- Leadership and coordination of regular internal and external coordination meetings
- Preparation and execution of ancillary cost statements using SAP RE/FX
- Annual property valuation
- Support Property Management in cross-functional projects
- Support Asset and Portfolio Management in site-specific projects
- Contact person for tenants on the sites
What you bring with you
- Commercial basic training with further education as a real estate manager with a federal diploma or in training for it or
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or Facility Management with a focus on real estate
- Several years of experience in advising and supporting the tenants of the properties
- High interest and enthusiasm for commercial real estate
- Communicative personality with a proactive, solution-oriented, and independent working style
- Enjoyment of a dynamic environment as well as the ability to keep an overview even in demanding situations
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French is an advantage
