Junior Construction Supervisor/Trainee in Track / Civil Engineering (m/f)

Your tasks

• Technical, personnel and administrative support at construction sites in the field of track / civil engineering
• Support in planning, implementation and completion of assigned construction sites including AVOR, calculation, measurement and billing as well as post-calculation; taking over subprojects or smaller construction sites not excluded
• Customer care and acquisition
• Preparation of offers

 Our expectations

• You have completed basic training or are undergoing further training to become a construction supervisor in traffic route construction
• You have just completed your engineering studies and want to gain experience in an entrepreneurial environment.
• You bring initial leadership experience, advantageous
• You have good IT user skills (MS Office)
• German as native language
• You possess negotiation skills as well as assertiveness and are an empathetic team player who authentically represents business interests and company culture
• You hold a category B driving license
• You keep a cool head in stressful times, are reliable and communicate appropriately to the audience
