Who we are: The Zug Elderly Centres Foundation operates the Frauensteinmatt, Herti and Neustadt elderly centres in the city of Zug as a private law organisation. We see ourselves as a centre of expertise for housing and care in old age. We offer elderly people living space that corresponds to their individual life situation and health condition. Your main tasks:

• Professional, personnel and organisational leadership of a nursing team.
• Ensuring and further developing professional nursing based on the nursing process
• Leadership responsibility for development projects in the department

Your profile:

• You have a diploma as a nursing specialist HF or FH
• You have leadership experience and completed leadership training or are willing to undertake such training
• You enjoy working with ageing people and their relatives
• You have experience in gerontological nursing
• You have organisational talent. Your IT skills are very good
