Cashier - St Moritz

For our pop-up Boutique in St Moritz, we are looking for a Cashier M/F, with a start date in November for a fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months.

Integrated into the Geneva sales team, you are responsible for handling all payments.

In this role, you must adhere to the quality and service standards that CHANEL wishes to offer its clientele, as well as convey the house's image with elegance and simplicity.

Within the boutique, your main duties notably include:

- Carrying out all payments and ensuring the opening and closing of a cash register day

- Mastering and applying CHANEL's regulations and internal procedures regarding sales, payments, and tax refunds

- Managing the client database

- Ensuring impeccable service quality by creating a unique experience for each client throughout the payment process

- Promoting collaboration by ensuring information sharing

- Being the guarantor of procedure compliance within the team

- Regularly conducting briefings on procedures to engage the team and ensure compliance

- Monitoring the digital passport registration in collaboration with the sales teams

You have a successful initial experience as a Cashier in the Fashion and Luxury sector.

You are familiar with our product lines and have already worked for a major luxury brand.

Particularly motivated and interested in this field, you appreciate the multicultural environment and are recognised for your rigour and reliability, your interpersonal skills and service orientation. You are naturally discreet and know how to maintain confidentiality.

You have a perfect command of French and English, as well as another foreign language.
