The Interhospital Pharmacy of La Côte (PIC) SA (https://pharmpic.ch), based in Morges, provides pharmaceutical assistance and drug supply to several hospitals and nursing homes in the Lake Geneva region, namely:

• the La Côte Hospital Group (EHC),
• the Western Lake Geneva Hospital Group (GHOL),
• the Lavigny Institution,
• the Prangins Psychiatric Hospital,
• the Bois-Bougy clinic,
• the Lignère clinic, and
• the Métairie clinic.

We are looking for a permanent contract, starting December 1, 2026, for a:

Chief Pharmacist (M/F) at 80-100%

YOU HAVE

• A federal pharmacist diploma, or equivalent recognized by Mebeko
• An FPH certificate in hospital pharmacy or have held an equivalent management position.
• A doctorate, an asset
• A creative mind, interpersonal ease, and good communication skills
• Clinical skills, team management, project management, and quality control
• Strong regulatory and pharmaceutical knowledge

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Ensure the development of a regional hospital pharmacy
• Develop pharmaceutical services for PIC partners.
• Manage the team composed of 50 collaborators.
• Lead cross-functional projects with the relevant management
• Prepare and monitor budgets
• Participate in pharmacovigilance and medication safety
• Guarantee the continuity of drug supply
• Ensure regulatory compliance
