Resident Administration Employee 50-60%
Your tasks:
- Independent management and processing of the entire resident administration
- Personal and written contact with residents, relatives, health insurance companies and authorities
- Information, triage and representation duties at reception and on the telephone
Your profile:
- Commercial basic training, with several years of professional experience
- Confident good oral and written German skills
- Confident use of MS Office
- Knowledge of the resident software NEXUS HeimNET is an advantage
- Loyal, high degree of discretion, team player, independent, resilient, willingness to contribute
