About the job

• You are jointly responsible for ensuring the outpatient psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment of patients with diseases from the entire diagnostic spectrum.
• You support the head senior physician in administrative tasks.
• You participate in the organizational design and assurance of interdisciplinary collaboration in the outpatient clinic.
• You are directly responsible for the training of the assigned assistant physicians and supervise them.
• You participate in the admission and consultation service.

• You are a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy.
• You have a professional practice license from the canton of St.Gallen or meet the necessary requirements to obtain it before starting the position.
• You bring experience in treating psychiatric patients.
• You are committed, appreciate working with patients, and enjoy working in a multiprofessional team.
• You are a flexible, team-oriented, communicative, socially competent personality with motivation for further development.
• You like to work independently, take responsibility, and make confident decisions.
