You know the feeling: After three years in hospital or practice, you know exactly what you can do — but you spend more time in the queue than with patients. You want to see real rehabilitation, not just relieve pain. And you want to organise your day yourself, not be assigned shifts.

• 07:45 You start at home and complete all administrative tasks for your visits
• 08:15 You get into your company car. First client — after a stroke, week 4. You have already prepared the file in the home office.
• 09:00 Second visit. Gait stability, fall prevention — you train on the stairs and on the pavement, not on a treadmill.
• 09:45 Short drive, window open, clear your head. You quickly document via app before driving on.
• 10:15 Two more visits — you know the clients and look forward to seeing their progress
• 13:00 Lunch break — you choose where. No staff room, no hospital tray.
• 14:00–17:00 Two to three more visits. At 17:00 you are finished — no late shifts, no weekends unless you choose.

What you do with us

• ✅ Mobile physiotherapy at clients’ homes — after hospital, rehab clinic or accident
• ✅ Rehabilitation for neurological, orthopaedic and geriatric conditions
• ✅ Inclusion and guidance of relatives as part of the treatment team
• ✅ Interdisciplinary coordination with occupational therapy, speech therapy and nursing

• ✅ You have a physio degree (FH or equivalent) and at least 1–2 years of professional experience.
• ✅ You want to work independently and mobile — you plan your route, you decide on site.
• ✅ Rehabilitation fascinates you — preferably you see how a person climbs stairs again who couldn’t do so three months ago.
• ✅ Driving licence category B available — you drive daily from client to client (company car including private use included).
• ❌ You want a fixed room and a team of colleagues around you — then you are in the wrong place with us. We work mobile, mostly alone at the client’s.

• 🚗 Company car including private use, fuel card included. You drive privately — also at weekends.
• 🏠 Home office for administration, planning, documentation, reports — from home.
• ⏱️ No shift work, Monday to Friday, you plan your day yourself.
• 🧑 🎓 Further training, generous support for job-relevant external training.
