Program Manager - Digital Transformation / ERP (m/f/d) 100%

at our international headquarters in

Herisau/CH

Your tasks

• Management and control of a demanding IT and transformation project
• Leadership of the Program Management Board with subordinate project managers
• Reporting directly to the CIO
• Responsible for programme control and governance: overall planning, resource allocation between migration projects, programme-wide risk management, budget and controlling
• Active risk, change and stakeholder management, preparation of steering escalations if necessary
• Sparring partner of the group management (Program Steering Committee) regarding ERP roll-outs and further developments

Your profile

• Strong leadership skills in both technical and personnel matters
• Completed studies in business informatics, computer science or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience as programme or project manager in ERP implementations, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&SCM or CE)
• Experience in multinational implementations with management of external partners
• Desirable: industry experience in industrial manufacturing with a global sales network, experience with PDM/PLM and CPQ
• You are an open and approachable personality, capable of communicating appropriately and transparently across all levels
• You think and act in a networked, entrepreneurial manner and are a committed personality with a high awareness of quality and result orientation
• Fluent in German and English
