Property Manager Retail and Centre Management (m/f/d) 80%

• Commercial and technical management of assigned shopping centres in cooperation with the centre manager
• Active support of new and existing tenants as well as comprehensive lease management
• Participation in the negotiation and preparation of commercial and supplementary lease agreements
• Effective vacancy management including follow-up leasing
• Debtor and creditor management
• Conducting property inspections and handovers as well as accompanying tenant fit-out projects
• Forecasting, budgeting and planning with result responsibility
• Preparation and review of detailed heating and operating cost statements
• Development of solution-oriented proposals to clients
• Creation of meaningful reports
• Leadership and coordination of assigned FM service providers
• Monitoring market and legal developments
• Additional comprehensive management of a small residential portfolio

• Successful completion as a property manager with a federal diploma
• Several years of experience in the management of commercial properties as well as in the negotiation and preparation of retail and commercial lease agreements, annexes/schedules and amendments
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• Good IT application knowledge (MS Office programmes, GREM)
• Valid driving licence and own car are required
