To strengthen our team in the area of Visual Merchandising, we are looking immediately at the Basel Headquarters location for a motivated and committed Visual Merchandiser (m/f/d), 80-100%.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for product presentation and signage in the department stores.
- You create and implement signage concepts and seasonal presentations for the assortments.
- You are responsible for creating visual guidelines and visual briefings.
- You conduct regular store visits and prepare reports and action plans for optimizations.
- You plan and conduct trainings.
Your profile
- You have completed basic training as a 3D poly designer, decoration designer, or an equivalent field.
- You bring several years of professional experience in department store decoration or as a visual merchandiser.
- You have a strong interest in retail and a keen sense for trends and innovations.
- You are proficient in common design programs (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- You are characterized by a solution-oriented, proactive, and creative working style.
- You adapt well to a dynamic environment and show flexibility.
- You have very good German and French skills; English and Italian skills are also an advantage.
