Your tasks
- You check entitlement requirements for a pension, are responsible for determining pension benefits according to IVG, and issue decisions.
- You conduct internal and external, medical and economic clarifications.
- You maintain an interprofessional, cooperative collaboration with the involved persons.
- You conduct hearings of insured persons and issue pension decisions.
- You provide insured persons and our stakeholders with information personally, by phone, and in writing.
Your competencies
- You have a commercial education as well as further training, preferably in the social insurance sector.
- You have knowledge of social insurance, especially in-depth knowledge in the benefits area of disability insurance or another social insurance.
- You are a confident personality, can set boundaries well, and are characterized by high efficiency.
- You understand how to explain complex insurance law matters simply and clearly in writing.
- You are solution-oriented and like making decisions.
