Your tasks

In this role, you represent our laboratory to customers and visitors. Therefore, we are looking for a friendly, reliable personality with a high degree of independence as well as a customer- and solution-oriented working style.

• As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you manage our telephone switchboard as well as written enquiries via all common channels and take on various administrative tasks in the medical and commercial areas.

These include, among other things, various pre-analytical information, recording of follow-up analyses, result entry, master data maintenance, corrections and adjustments of invoices, as well as managing the corresponding correspondence.

As part of the medical team, performing blood draws is also part of your duties.

Working hours

You work alternating shifts during our opening hours; Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm and occasionally Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

What you bring

Completed training is mandatory (MPA, FaGe, medical secretary, or similar) with experience in the medical field

• Experience in the commercial field is desirable
• Excellent German skills, good English skills in spoken and written form, French or Italian skills are an advantage
• Very good user knowledge of common Office programmes, especially Word/Excel, and you are generally IT-savvy
• We expect multitasking and team skills
• You act thoughtfully, discreetly, and have a winning personality
• You work precisely and independently, always put the customer first, and keep an overview even in exceptional situations
• You are open and flexible towards innovations and have a knack for documenting processes and correspondence
• We also expect teamwork, punctuality, and enjoyment of work
