Your Tasks

Independent, qualitative and timely management of construction sites with support from experienced site managers

Planning, organising and monitoring the construction process as well as controlling costs and adhering to the budget

Leading the construction site team

Responsible for reporting and material procurement

Compliance with and implementation of measures for occupational safety and health protection

Your Profile

Completed basic training in the main construction trade, preferably with further training as a foreman/site manager with a federal certificate of competence

Several years of professional experience as a foreman/site manager in building construction

Good knowledge of construction planning and coordination

Entrepreneurial thinking and cost-conscious action

Reliability, teamwork and assertiveness

Loyal and cooperative personality

Driving licence category B

Good knowledge of German
