Your Tasks
- Independent, qualitative and timely management of construction sites with support from experienced site managers
- Planning, organising and monitoring the construction process as well as controlling costs and adhering to the budget
- Leading the construction site team
- Responsible for reporting and material procurement
- Compliance with and implementation of measures for occupational safety and health protection
Your Profile
- Completed basic training in the main construction trade, preferably with further training as a foreman/site manager with a federal certificate of competence
- Several years of professional experience as a foreman/site manager in building construction
- Good knowledge of construction planning and coordination
- Entrepreneurial thinking and cost-conscious action
- Reliability, teamwork and assertiveness
- Loyal and cooperative personality
- Driving licence category B
- Good knowledge of German
