HR Assistant 80-100%

Your area of responsibility:

• Support in the recruitment process
• Editing and posting job advertisements
• Creation and management of employment contracts, references and other documents
• Permits and reporting for medical staff and institutions
• Management and assurance of digital documentation
• Participation in exciting HR projects
• Providing telephone information

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training as well as further training as an HR assistant
• Professional experience in HR administration
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Enjoyment in performing administrative tasks
• Committed and proactive person with very good IT skills
• Team-oriented and motivated personality
• Confident German & other languages advantageous
