To strengthen our team in the Decoration field, we are looking from 01/01/2026, for an indefinite period, at the Chavannes site, for a motivated and committed person as Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager, 100%.
Your responsibilities
- You plan and coordinate visual concepts in the Non-Food, supermarket, and restaurant sectors.
- You ensure Visual Merchandising on the sales floor and in the windows (including lighting).
- You lead and plan transformations, events, and projects.
- You regularly perform quality checks for the implementation of Visual Merchandising (price labeling, etc.).
- You are responsible for planning and organizing events and activities in the department store.
- You coordinate and verify decoration tasks across all sites.
- You organize your team responsibly and thus ensure the smooth running of daily activities.
- You ensure the training and development of employees as well as young talents.
- You independently conduct hiring, dismissal, and evaluation interviews.
- You supervise apprentices in their 3D polydesigner training.
Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed a basic training as a decorator CFC or 3D polydesigner CFC.
- You already have solid experience in an equivalent activity.
- You have completed professional training courses.
- You have gained extensive experience in personnel management and leadership.
- You have excellent spatial representation skills and the art of presenting products creatively and elegantly.
- You have good manual skills and are happy to lend a hand.
- You have a very good understanding of colors and shapes as well as their combinations.
- You are able to lead your team to achieve the desired results, inspire them with your coaching qualities, and motivate them sustainably.
- You are very familiar with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator and master all common Office applications.
- You understand things quickly, especially in the digital environment.
- You speak French fluently and preferably know another national language.
