Experienced Lawyer for Investigations and Enforcement in the Financial Market (m/f/d)

In this exciting role, you will engage deeply with financial market law and apply your analytical and investigative skills purposefully. You will conduct investigations into possible unauthorised activities, focusing particularly on innovative business models in the fintech and blockchain sectors.

• Leading investigations into potentially unauthorised financial activities
• Assessing complex business models from a financial market law perspective
• Developing effective measures to protect investors
• Representing investigations and positions before FINMA decision-making bodies
• Contributing to the development of a modern, assertive enforcement practice
• Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders

• Completed Master’s degree in Law (Switzerland)
• Additional qualification (bar admission, LL.M., or doctorate)
• At least five years of professional experience in financial market law
• Interest in innovative business models and fintech developments
• Analytical, conscientious, and responsible working style
• Excellent language skills: German (C2), English (C1), French (B1)
