The Tasks
In this varied role, you will manage a heterogeneous property portfolio from various assets of the city of Adliswil. As the first point of contact for the external management company, you represent the city as the owner towards tenants, the FM organisation, and external service providers. You minimise vacancies, ensure compliance with operating regulations and house rules, handle temporary rentals, and assist with car park management and key administration. In addition, you are responsible for invoice control, account assignment, and recharging, and prepare the basis for financial planning and budgeting. Finally, you maintain information (e.g. inventory, space allocation, or contracts) and take on office organisation tasks.
What We Expect
For these challenging tasks, you bring a completed training as a commercial clerk in public or property management and have already gained several years of professional experience in property management. You have knowledge of Swiss tenancy law and property accounting. Further training as a property management clerk is an advantage. High service orientation, confident expression, and entrepreneurial action are among your strengths.
